1. Acceptance

By using the Roquer app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

Roquer provides a chess clock, game logging, leaderboard, and chess spot discovery platform for real-world chess players. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

3. Accounts

You may use the chess clock without creating an account. To log games and appear on leaderboards, you must create an account via Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
• Log fabricated games
• Abuse the spot creation feature
• Harass other players
• Attempt to circumvent anti-cheat measures

5. Content

Game results and spot information you submit become part of the Roquer platform and may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and the ChessGrid map.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
